Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: June 1, 2026

Recepta Desk works to make our website and services usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Every clinic owner, staff member, and patient should be able to reach the information and tools they need.

Our Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. We also work to meet the standards set by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

What We Do

To support accessibility across our site and dashboard, we:

Ongoing Work

We treat accessibility as ongoing work. We review new features as we ship them and revisit existing pages as standards change. Some areas may not yet fully meet our target, and we are working to close those gaps.

Third-Party Content

Parts of our experience rely on third-party tools and services. We do not control how those providers build their products, and we cannot guarantee their accessibility. When we choose vendors, we favor those who take accessibility seriously.

Telling Us About a Problem

If you run into a barrier on our website or in our dashboard, we want to hear about it. Your feedback helps us fix issues and improve for everyone. When you reach out, please describe the page or feature, the problem you encountered, and the device or assistive technology you were using. We will do our best to respond promptly and provide the information or service you need through an alternative channel.
