Set up call forwarding in GoTo Connect so the calls your front desk misses go to your Recepta Desk number. Use Find Me / Follow Me or the Dial Plan editor, not the app's forward toggle.

How do I send the calls I miss to Recepta Desk in GoTo Connect?
Set up forward-on-no-answer with Find Me / Follow Me on the line. It rings your clinic phones first, then forwards to an outside number when no one answers. The Forward my calls toggle in the GoTo app forwards every call, so skip it for this.
- 1Open the line's Find Me / Follow Me settings.
- 2Add a ring step for your clinic phones with a set ring time.
- 3Add a next step that forwards to an outside number, and enter your Recepta Desk number.
- 4Save, place a test call, leave it unanswered, and confirm you get a text back.
Good to know
- For more control, use the Dial Plan editor (GoTo Admin: Phone system, Call routes, Dial plans; classic portal: Dial Plans). On the No Answer branch, enter how many rings to wait, then forward to your Recepta Desk number.
- Do not use the app's Forward my calls toggle. It forwards every call instead of only the ones you miss.
- Make sure Block Caller ID is off on the number, so the patient's caller ID passes through to Recepta Desk.
- Editing dial plans needs an admin role.
