Set up call forwarding on a T-Mobile phone so the calls your front desk misses go to your Recepta Desk number. T-Mobile lets you set each condition on its own.

How do I send the calls I miss to Recepta Desk on a T-Mobile phone?

T-Mobile lets you set each forwarding condition on its own with a dial code: no answer, busy, and unreachable. You can also set how long the phone rings before a no-answer call forwards.

  1. 1Forward on no answer: dial **61* then your Recepta Desk number then # and press call (for example **6115085551234#).
  2. 2To set the ring time, dial **61* then your number then ** then the seconds then # (for example **6115085551234**25# rings for 25 seconds first). Allowed values are 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30.
  3. 3Forward on busy: dial **67* then your number then # and press call.
  4. 4Forward when unreachable: dial **62* then your number then # and press call.
  5. 5Place a test call from another phone, let it ring out, and confirm you get a text back.

Good to know

  • Conditional forwarding stops working while Wi-Fi Calling is on. Turn Wi-Fi Calling off on the clinic phone, or no-answer forwarding may not fire. This is the most common reason it fails.
  • Check what is set: dial *#61# for no answer, *#67# for busy, *#62# for unreachable.
  • Include the leading 1 with the 10-digit number for the best reliability.

Each condition has its own cancel code, and one code clears them all at once.

  1. 1No answer: dial ##61# and press call.
  2. 2Busy: dial ##67# and press call.
  3. 3Unreachable: dial ##62# and press call.
  4. 4All conditional forwarding at once: dial ##004# and press call.
